Store Policies
Payments accepted in store : Cash, All Credit Cards with chips, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo
Payments accepted over phone, text, or email : PayPal or Venmo
Return Policy :
Parts and Accessories : May be returned in unused condition, in original packaging within 15 days for store credit or credit card/mobile payment refund minus a 8% processing fee. Must have original receipt. Applies to in store purchases only.
Helmet sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Bicycles : No returns or exchanges.
Special Orders : Non-refundable 50% deposit. Must be paid in full and picked up within one week of arrival. No returns.
Layaway : We do not offer layaway.
Labor / Repair Policies :

prices do not include parts unless noted
Shop may refuse any repair for safety concerns
20% labor up-charge if customer provided parts and they are not compatible
Repairs must be picked up within 72 hours of completion. After 72 hours there is a $10 per day storage fee.
Bicycles become property of Silk Road Cycles if left over 15 days after completion of repair.
